In our territory, we have a traditional dish for every Sicilian fest, and every dish is a work of art. These classes provides a careful study of the gastronomic tradition and the cultural aspects that characterize our cuisine.
We just use the ingredients from our orchard and the sea.
Our 'school' will offer you the opportunity to discover the Sicilian cuisine in all its aspects.
This session consists of a cooking class for an hour, with food tasting including a little book with our recipe that are cooked during the course.

Participants will take turn to make the dishes in order to reach the full knowledge of the recipes cooked during the whole session.
